Sharing your booking page

Where and how to share your booking link so clients actually find it and use it.

3 min read

Your booking page lives at a URL like timetobook.app/your-name. The more places you put it, the more bookings come in without you lifting a finger. Here's how to make the most of it.

Copying your link

The fastest way to grab your URL:

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. Find your Booking URL in the location info card.
  3. Click the link to open it, or copy it from the address bar.

You'll also find a Copy link button in the Getting Started checklist when you first set up.

Where to put it

Instagram bio

This is the single most effective place. Most salon clients discover stylists on Instagram, and your bio link is where they go next. Replace your Linktree or website with your booking URL — or add it as one of your bio links.

Pair it with a call to action in your posts: "Link in bio to book" works every time.

Google Business Profile

If someone searches your salon name, your Google listing is usually the first thing they see. Add your booking URL as the appointment link:

  1. Go to Google Business Profile.
  2. Edit your profile.
  3. Under Appointments, paste your TimeToBook URL.

Clients can then tap "Book" directly from Google Search and Maps.

Your website

Add a "Book Now" button that links to your TimeToBook page. It doesn't need to be complicated — a single button in your header or homepage is enough. Example:

<a href="https://timetobook.app/your-name">Book Now</a>

If you don't have a website, your TimeToBook page is your website. It has your services, prices, hours, and contact info — everything a client needs.

Facebook page

Add your booking URL as the action button on your Facebook page:

  1. Go to your Facebook business page.
  2. Click the button below your cover photo (e.g. "Contact Us").
  3. Change it to Book Now and paste your URL.

TikTok bio

If your clients find you through TikTok, add the link to your bio. TikTok only allows one link, so if you need multiple, use a link-in-bio tool and include your booking URL as the top option.

SMS and text replies

When a client texts asking "do you have any availability?", reply with your link instead of going back and forth:

"Hey! You can see all my available times and book here: timetobook.app/your-name"

This saves you time and trains clients to self-book next time.

Email signature

Add a line to your email signature:

Book your next appointment: timetobook.app/your-name

Every email you send becomes a gentle reminder that online booking exists.

QR code

Print a QR code that points to your booking URL and put it:

  • On your front desk or mirror station
  • On business cards
  • On a poster or flyer in your window

You can generate a free QR code at any QR code generator site — just paste your booking URL.

Tips

  • Keep it short. Your slug is your URL. If it's long or awkward, you can change it in Settings → Location Details.
  • Test it yourself. Open the link in a private browser window and walk through a booking as a client. Make sure services, prices, and available times look right.
  • Tell clients once. A quick Instagram story or a text to your regulars — "You can now book online here" — is usually all it takes. Once they've used it, they'll keep coming back.
