Billing, trials and plans
How the 30-day trial works, our per-staff pricing, and what happens when your trial ends.
TimeToBook has the simplest pricing we could build. The first staff member is always free. Each additional staff member is a flat per-month fee. There are no hidden commissions, no booking fees, and no credit card tax.
The 30-day trial
Your trial starts the moment you claim your booking page. You get 30 days of full access to the app:
- Unlimited bookings.
- Unlimited staff.
- Email confirmations and reminders.
- Reports, client list, the whole app.
There's no credit card required to start a trial.
Note: SMS reminders are not included in the trial. To send SMS to your clients, buy a credit pack at any time from Settings → Billing. Credits never expire.
What happens when the trial ends
Two things can happen at the end of your trial, depending on your team size:
If you have 1 active staff member
Nothing happens. You stay on the free Solo plan. You keep unlimited bookings, the booking page, email reminders, and the client list — forever.
If you have 2+ active staff members
You'll need to either:
- Subscribe — add a payment method under Settings → Billing and keep all your staff active.
- Go Solo — archive the extra staff members to drop back to a single active staff member, which moves you to the free plan.
Either option keeps your data intact. Archiving doesn't delete anything — it just hides the staff member and drops the seat count.
Pricing
The first staff member is always free. Each additional staff member is a flat per-month fee, charged in your local currency.

Scale down anytime — archive staff to drop your seat count, and the bill adjusts at the next monthly cycle. We never charge you for archived staff.
SMS credits
SMS reminders aren't bundled in the per-staff price because they have a real per-message cost. Paid plans include a monthly SMS allowance, and you can top up with 100-credit packs.

- Credits never expire.
- Unused credits carry over month to month.
- Solo (free) accounts can buy credit packs to enable SMS without upgrading.
The trial warning banner
In the final 7 days of your trial, a banner appears at the top of every page with a countdown. Click it to jump straight to Settings → Billing and subscribe, or dismiss it and deal with it later.
Invoices and receipts
Every invoice is available from Settings → Billing. Download the PDF for your bookkeeper. We email a copy automatically when each invoice is generated.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling:
- Immediately stops further charges at the next cycle.
- Keeps your data accessible on the free Solo plan (archive extra staff to qualify).
- Does not delete bookings, clients, or services.
We don't have a cancellation form, a retention call, or a "sorry to see you go" gauntlet. One click and you're done.
