Yes! If you're working on your own with just one bookable staff member, TimeToBook is completely free. No trial period, no credit card required, no hidden fees. You get full access to online booking, calendar management, client management, and email reminders.
How does the per-staff pricing work?
Your first staff member is always free. If you add a second staff member, you pay £7/month. A third staff member? £14/month total. Simple as that. Remove a staff member and your bill automatically goes down.
What's included in the free trial?
When you add your second staff member, you get a 30-day free trial of the Team plan. Full access to everything, no restrictions. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or go back to the free Solo plan by removing extra staff members.
Are there any contracts or lock-in periods?
No contracts, ever. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then you're automatically moved to the free Solo plan.
Do I need to pay for SMS?
Paid plans include a monthly SMS allocation. If you need more, you can purchase credit packs at 4p per SMS. Credits never expire. Solo users can also purchase SMS credits separately.
