Pricing & Plans
Yes! TimeToBook is completely free for solo stylists with one staff member. You get unlimited bookings, an online booking page, email reminders, and client management at no cost. There's no trial period - it's free forever. You only pay when you add additional team members.
Your first staff member is always free. Each additional staff member costs £7 per month. So a 5-person salon pays just £28/month. There are no contracts, hidden fees, or long-term commitments.
The free Solo plan includes: your own online booking page where clients can book 24/7, a calendar to manage appointments, unlimited email reminders to reduce no-shows, client management with booking history, and a customisable service menu with prices and durations.
No. TimeToBook uses simple flat-rate pricing. You keep 100% of your earnings. We only charge a straightforward per-staff fee for teams - no percentage cuts, no hidden fees.
No. You can create your account and start using TimeToBook immediately without entering any payment details. You only need a credit card if you decide to add additional staff members or purchase SMS credits.
Getting Started
Most salons are up and running in about 5 minutes. Simply create your account, add your services with prices and durations, and share your booking link. No training required, no complicated setup wizards, and no technical skills needed.
We're working on CSV import functionality. In the meantime, you can add clients manually or let them be added automatically when they make their first booking through your online booking page.
You can cancel anytime with no questions asked. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or lock-in periods. If you're on a paid plan, you can also downgrade to the free Solo plan by archiving extra staff members.
Features
Yes! Every account gets a professional booking page at timetobook.com/your-salon-name. Clients can see your services, choose a staff member (or select 'any available'), pick an available time slot, and confirm their booking - all without you needing to answer the phone.
SMS reminders are included with paid plans (2+ staff members). We automatically send text reminders to your clients 24 hours before their appointment to reduce no-shows. Solo users on the free plan can purchase SMS credit packs starting at £4 for 100 messages.
Absolutely. With the Team plan, you can add as many staff members as you need. Each staff member gets their own calendar, availability settings, and assigned services. You can see everyone's schedule at a glance in the team calendar view.
Yes. Clients receive a confirmation email with a link to manage their booking. They can reschedule to a different time or cancel if needed, without having to call or text you.
Yes! TimeToBook works on any device - desktop, tablet, or phone. Both your admin dashboard and your client booking page are fully responsive and mobile-friendly.
Security
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and your clients' information. All connections are secured with HTTPS, and we never share or sell your data to third parties.
