Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TimeToBook ("the Service"), operated by jck.xyz, a company registered in the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TimeToBook is a booking management platform designed for hair salons, barbers, and beauty businesses. The Service includes online booking pages, calendar management, client management, and appointment reminders via email and SMS.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send unsolicited SMS messages or spam through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

SMS Usage

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients before sending them SMS messages through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications, including New Zealand's Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

SMS messages are charged according to our current pricing. We reserve the right to suspend SMS services if we detect misuse or non-payment.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is available on our website. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

• Solo Plan: Free, includes 1 staff member
• Additional Staff: £7/month per additional staff member
• Additional SMS: 4p per message

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including client information and booking records. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and we will provide notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeToBook and jck.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeToBook, jck.xyz, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may export your data before termination. After termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
