Roadmap and feature requests

Vote on what we build next and suggest features that would make your salon day easier.

3 min read

TimeToBook ships fast, and most of what we build comes from talking to salon owners like you. The public Roadmap is where you can see what's coming, vote on what matters most, and tell us what we should be working on next.

What you'll see

Each card on the Roadmap page is a feature we're considering. For every one you'll see:

  • The name and a one-line description — what it does, in plain English.
  • A vote count and a thumbs-up button — click it to vote, click again to unvote.
  • A status badge — only for things we've committed to:
    • In Progress — we're actively building it, often with an ETA.
    • Shipped — it's live now. Shipped items don't accept votes.

Cards are sorted by votes, with in-progress work pinned to the top.

How voting works

You need to be signed in to vote. Each user gets one vote per feature, and you can vote on as many features as you like. Vote counts directly shape what we prioritise — popular ideas get built sooner, ideas with little interest get parked.

Every vote pings the team, so we genuinely see them as they come in. If you've voted for something and it's been quiet for a while, it usually means we're heads-down on something with more votes — keep an eye on the In Progress row.

Suggesting a new feature

If the thing you want isn't on the list, click Suggest a feature at the bottom of the Roadmap. Write the rough idea in a sentence or two — what you want, and the problem it would solve. We read every suggestion personally and reply.

Good suggestions tend to:

  • Describe the workflow that hurts, not just the feature name. "I want to see who's working today at a glance" beats "Add a rota view".
  • Mention if it's blocking you from switching from another system. That's the strongest possible signal.
  • Be honest about how often you'd use it. A feature you'd touch daily wins over one you'd use twice a year.

Where to find the roadmap

The Roadmap is linked in the footer of every page, and from the Support hub. You don't need a paid plan to see it or vote — every user can.

If you'd rather have a direct conversation about a feature, hit the Tim chat bubble (bottom-right of every page) or fire an email to Support. We'd rather hear too much than too little.
