All bookings (except haircuts and shape-ups) are provisional until a £10 deposit has been paid and confirmed via PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
